In the fourth quarter of 2020, the fast food industry in France saw varying user engagement and download numbers for their iOS applications. The data provided by Sensor Tower offers an insight into these trends.

The McDo France app experienced a peak in downloads in mid-October with approximately 42K downloads, followed by a gradual decline to around 21K by early December. However, the app's weekly active users showed an upward trend from approximately 374K in late September to around 357K by the end of December.

BURGER KING France had its highest number of weekly downloads in late September with over 21K, dipping to around 8K in early December, but slightly recovering to over 11K by the year's end. The app's weekly active users mirrored this trend, decreasing from around 145K to 115K in mid-October, but rising back to approximately 129K by the end of December.

KFC France showed a steady download figure fluctuating between 3K to 5K throughout the quarter, with a slight increase to just over 5K by the end of December. The app's weekly active users saw a modest increase from about 18K in late September to nearly 20K by the close of the year.

Domino’s Pizza France downloads varied, starting at around 5K in late September, dipping to roughly 3K in November, and returning to approximately 3.4K by the end of December. Weekly active users for the app remained fairly stable, with a slight increase from around 43K to 40K over the quarter.

Lastly, the Subway® - Official App saw the lowest download numbers among the group, with a high of approximately 4K in late October and a low of about 1.4K in mid-November. The app's weekly active users experienced a peak of over 7K in late October, with a gradual decrease to around 5.8K by the end of December.
